6/03/13 - Following this most recent visit to Korea, all of the details regarding the initial separate truck offerings have been resolved and I am ready to move ahead. The offering details including pricing and final specifications are being readied in print form and will be sent out to all that have expressed interest in our truck projects. The delivery will happen very quickly, quite frankly, much faster than I had anticipated. Additional truck projects have been discussed and decided on and they will be mentioned in a forthcoming general truck update from the main project page.

4/28/13 - Although I have not started the actual reservation process for these trucks, I have had a number of conversations with customers planning to purchase large quantities for use in completing models currently on their selves. With just three customers, their plans would consume the entire planned production. I would suggest, or better yet request, that if you plan on order a large quantity please let me know now so that can be factored into the production plans and quite frankly we may be able to improve the pricing as a result. I do not want to under produce and certainly do not want to end up with a large quantity left in inventory. Your advance input will allow the best possible arrangements for all concerned.

4/22/13 - The pricing is set and the order forms are being prepared. The offering will commence as soon as time allows, there are a number of big efforts underway at this point including a major project delivery so I am scrambling to say the least! The long wait will be worth it.

1/12/13 - In an effort to keep costs as low as possible and the truck prices as reasonable as possible, there will not be a general mailing to all customers concerning the separate truck offerings. There will be literature and ordering information available by request and for download from designated pages on this site when the material is available. It has been a long time coming and many have promised these and other trucks in the past, but we are now very close to starting the offering, so please pay close attention.

1/08/13 - With a renewed effort to produce separately available freight trucks, the 2D-F8 Pennsy trucks will be the focus of our efforts at this point. The 2D-F8 type will be followed by others based on the experienced gained in making this first offering. This type has been by far the most frequently requested.

11/12/11 - Our 2D-F8 samples are to be ready within the next thirty days if all goes well. The final design fell behind a bit as we worked through the 'U' channel design process using the National B trucks as the test mules. The updated information will be posted as soon as it is available. The reservation process will be starting very soon and the production is promised within a few weeks from the start of reservations.
