Need Help With PDF Files?

If you experience difficulty with downloading and reading PDF files, please verify the following:

  • You are using a non-beta version of your browser.
  • You have downloaded (free) and installed the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

  • Your browser is configured to launch Adobe Acrobat Reader upon receipt of a PDF file.   When Acrobat reader is installed after your browser, it should automatically configure your browser, to double check the installation check these setup locations within your browser:

                  Microsoft Internet Explorer: View / Options / Programs / Files Types

                 Firefox: Tools / Add-ons / Plugins

If you have verified the above and are still experiencing difficulties with the PDF file, please send us an e-mail and include:

  • a description of the problem
  • the operating system and version you are using (i.e., Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS 9)
  • the browser version you are using and it's release number (i.e: Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0, Firfox 3.0)
  • the version of Adobe Acrobat Reader
